Welcome to Project NOW Mindful Giving

Project NOW is a Community Action Agency that helps individuals in need, families and older adults overcome poverty, housing instability, and isolation through practical, wrap‑around services. From Head Start classrooms that prepare nearly 200 young children for kindergarten to utility assistance that keeps the lights and air conditioning on for thousands of households each year, we focus on meeting basic needs while building long‑term stability.

Our programs include Head Start, emergency shelter and homeless services, affordable housing, senior services, transportation, weatherization, eviction diversion, youth diversion, and energy assistance, all delivered in partnership with hundreds of local organizations and landlords.
